Q: How do I use iwiLetter?
A: Just visit the "Write your iwiLetter" page and type your letter, we'll handle the rest! We'll print a real letter, stuff it, stamp it and mail it anywhere in the U.S.
Q: How do I send letters to U.S. Military addresses?
A: Type in "FPO" or "APO" in the City field. Select AA/AP/AE in the State Field. Type in the numerical digits of the APO/FPO number in the ZIP field. (these instructions will also be available to you during checkout when entering the address)
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Just $2 for each letter (up to 3 pages); printed, stuffed, stamped with a first-class stamp, and mailed. Each additional page after the 3rd page is charged $.15 (cents) per page.
Q: How do I pay for orders?
A: We use Paypal Pro, so you can pay easily and securely online with your credit card.
Q: Does iwiLetter use recycled paper?
A: Yes! Every single iwiLetter is printed using recycled paper and envelopes.
Q: So how do you pronounce iwiLetter?
A: It's pronounced "e-we". Just like "kiwi" without the "k".
Q: How long after I complete my order will my iwiLetter be mailed?
A: Our target time is 24 hours, from the time you type your letter, until we get it to the U.S. Post Office.
Q: Do you mail internationally?
A: Not yet, but we're looking into it for the future. However, you can currently mail an iwiLetter to US Military personnel that are stationed overseas. More features are on their way, check out our Features page.
Q: Can I upload a PDF file or MS Word document to send as my letter?
A: Not currently, but we are planning to offer this in the near future, for sure!
Q: When I open "My Account" page, I can see all the iwiLetters I've previously sent, and there are two options -- to view or to load. What does "load" mean?
A: All iwiLetters you send are saved in your "My Account" page, the Load option allows you to easily load, edit, and send a previously sent iwiLetter to other people.
